About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager will effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of the store and its Associates to achieve the Organization's goals, including sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement. This role is crucial in building a culture of continuous improvement and positively impacting the Customer experience and Associate morale. The Perishable Assistant Store Manager will ensure the efficiency of each perishable department by implementing best practices to drive consistency and success in the competitive marketplace.
