Production / Manufacturing Associate Wood & Plastic Products What You’ll Do Cut, finish, clean, store, and ship wood and plastic products Follow job orders and verbal or written instructions Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards Move products between workstations and the shipping area Safely operate shop equipment and machinery Report any issues, defects, or safety concerns to management Notify management of equipment problems or workplace injuries

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Comfortable following instructions and quality standards
• Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
• Manufacturing / production setting
• Standing, walking, lifting, and using hand tools throughout the day
• Ability to use basic computer equipment (keyboard, monitor, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience using shop equipment (such as table saws or routers) is a plus
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Power tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Precision measuring instruments: 1 year (Preferred)
