About The Position

The Shop Mechanic, as part of the Maintenance Department, will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of diesel trucks using hand and power tools while following both oral and written work orders. SCHEDULE: Fourteen (14) days on, seven (7) days off Open to local and non-local candidates Workdays typically run 10-12 hours, with overtime required

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred but not required
• Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years
• 2+ years diesel/hydraulic maintenance

Nice To Haves

• Diesel mechanic education/certification preferred
• Previous industry related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of diesel trucks
• Diagnose and repair all equipment
• Regularly perform Preventive Maintenance
• Troubleshoot malfunctions on all equipment
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies & Procedures
