Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Materials Coordinator to work in our Canonsburg, PA, location. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee. Job Description: General administrative duties and manage site facilities day to day. Coordinate with service providers, receive small office shipments, manage office supplies, and manage/coordinate site rentals. Follow the application's personnel instructions as per the set guidelines related to work within the department and location. Perform computer applications using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Perform other administrative/clerical duties as assigned. Pick up supplies, materials, and other site-related items as necessary using a company vehicle

Requirements

  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two (2) or more years of relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Lifting/carrying/moving 50 lbs, may need to climb ladders, and cannot be afraid of heights, and will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on site.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
