As a Shop Manager, you will:

Requirements

• Proven management experience (sales, operations, or salon management preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Customer service–driven mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MindBody software is a plus
• Cosmetology license or hairstyling experience is a plus
