You’ll be backed by: A Shop Educator (your partner in training + quality) A Client Relations Manager (driving hospitality + sales at the front) A District Manager + Multi-Unit Team (coaching, strategy, and support) 👉 Translation: you get to focus on leading, coaching, and growing the business — not just surviving the day. The Mission As Shop Manager, you are responsible for: Running smooth, high-energy daily operations Driving the business forward through leadership, coaching, and execution

Requirements

  • Active cosmetology license (required)
  • Leadership experience preferred (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
  • Positive, steady, solutions-oriented leader
  • Passion for both service excellence and business results

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and set the tone for the team
  • Coach stylists and front desk on service, sales, and productivity
  • Own and drive KPIs: client count, revenue, add-ons, memberships, retail, labor
  • Build weekly plans and execute to hit goals
  • Deliver Drybar services and lead from the chair
  • Maintain brand standards, scheduling, and shop operations
