Aftermath Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager for our Las Vegas location. This full-time position offers an hourly rate ranging from $18 to $44, depending on experience and qualifications. The Shop Manager will play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who excels in both operational management and team development. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, or similar industries is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement as Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety, IICRC compliance, biohazard remediation, and customer service. This role requires agility and flexibility, as the work environment is fast-paced and demands quick responses to service calls. In this position, you will be responsible for the direct leadership and development of staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies. You will serve as a 'Player-Coach', providing direct job site management and support to the Field Team during various biohazard remediation projects. Additionally, you will oversee shop operations, which include staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling. Community outreach is also a key component of this role, as you will work to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships. You will support the Market Manager and Area Manager in daily operations and special projects as needed, and respond promptly to service calls, providing bioremediation services in emergency situations.
