Responsibilities

Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
Trim and maintain the weeds around the property
Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
Make sure the lot is free of garbage and debris
Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage
Make sure areas around storage units are free of garbage and debris
Wash and maintain company vehicles
Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
Wash windows inside and outside of buildings
Organize Supplies/Inventory Stock
Fix equipment/maintain
