About The Position

EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Shop Maintainer. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of an individual to ensure that all equipment, vehicles and trailers are properly maintained and functioning. They will also be responsible for organizing the equipment and supplies in the warehouse, wrapping pallets, loading/unloading trucks, and general shop upkeep.

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually
• Strong time management skills
• Driver's license
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail
• Organized
• Self motivated
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Ability to operate a forklift

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
• Loading and wrapping pallets for shipment
• Repairing machines and equipment as necessary
• Loading and unloading trucks
• General Shop cleaning, organizing and upkeep
• Helping to track inventory
• Organizing supplies in the warehouse
• Preparing the warehouse for monthly Confirmation Days and Trainings
