About this opportunity Our Irving Shop is currently seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians. Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 7pm to 6am The pay range is $25-$35 Per Hour depending on experience. Requirements

Effective team building abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of background check and drug test
Acceptable physical examination

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and addressing all driver team member concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Implement and maintain maintenance processes as per company policy.
Improve vehicle uptime through efficient repair practices.
Effectively manage assigned shift maintenance operation in accordance with financial goals.
Develop management and technical skills of maintenance personnel on assigned shift.
Monitor parts and tire inventory usage by assigned shift.
Reduce workforce turnover by improving employee relations.
