About this opportunity Our Irving Shop is currently seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians. Schedule Wednesday to Saturday 7pm to 6am The pay range is $25-$35 Per Hour depending on experience. Requirements

  • Effective team building abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
  • Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Acceptable physical examination

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, accurate diagnosis, and addressing all driver team member concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Implement and maintain maintenance processes as per company policy.
  • Improve vehicle uptime through efficient repair practices.
  • Effectively manage assigned shift maintenance operation in accordance with financial goals.
  • Develop management and technical skills of maintenance personnel on assigned shift.
  • Monitor parts and tire inventory usage by assigned shift.
  • Reduce workforce turnover by improving employee relations.
