About The Position

General Summary Of Duties: Responsible for providing guidance and support to the retail stores and team members on par with the company’s and retail standards. Ensure that provision of excellent customer service is met at all times utilizing the COS model. Communicate with management to provide a consistent and open environment for all team members.

Requirements

  • 3 years of retail experience or equivalent in related field.
  • Previous supervision/management experience in a multi store environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Health Card and Tam card training

Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer complaints or comments and communicate to management.
  • Ensuring compliance of company and retail policies and procedures.
  • Touring the stores regularly, talking to team members and guests, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
  • Providing feedback to management to assist with performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Assist with training and development of team members.
  • Ensure that standards for health/safety are met.
  • Communicating possible changes to improve the business, e.g., revising opening/closing hours
  • Updates and help train on new policies/procedures and other pertinent issues.
  • Respond to guest inquiries.
  • Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information with hotel and retail guidelines.
  • Ability to listen effectively, read and write, speak and understand the English language clearly to assert and document important information, to follow written and /or verbal instructions, to provide clear directions/guidance and to communicate with other team members/management.
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register make change, prepare cash drops.
  • Check stockrooms/stores before, during and after shift for proper set –up and cleanliness.
  • Detailed recording keeping in English is required for logs and cash turn in sheets.
  • Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards set by the Retail Department
