This role is responsible for performing foundational paint and blast activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality coating operations. What are we looking for

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or shop environments, preferred.
Exposure to painting, blasting, coating, or mechanical shop work, preferred.
Basic ability to use timekeeping or production tracking systems, preferred.
Basic understanding of shop safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), required.
Familiarity with surface preparation activities such as cleaning, masking, and grinding, preferred.
Basic knowledge of material handling practices and safe lifting techniques, required.
Ability to read basic work instructions or job documentation, preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a paint booth, blast environment, or industrial coating setting.
Forklift or material handling equipment experience.
Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning skilled trade work.
