This role is responsible for performing foundational paint and blast activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality coating operations. What are we looking for

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or shop environments, preferred.
  • Exposure to painting, blasting, coating, or mechanical shop work, preferred.
  • Basic ability to use timekeeping or production tracking systems, preferred.
  • Basic understanding of shop safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), required.
  • Familiarity with surface preparation activities such as cleaning, masking, and grinding, preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling practices and safe lifting techniques, required.
  • Ability to read basic work instructions or job documentation, preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a paint booth, blast environment, or industrial coating setting.
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning skilled trade work.
