About The Position

As a Shop & Inventory Helper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly every day. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, support inventory accuracy, pack PPE orders, assist technicians, and run essential errands. Requirements

• Maintain overall shop organization and housekeeping
• Put away tools and equipment in proper storage locations
• Assist with inventory counting and cycle counts
• Pack and prepare PPE orders for distribution
• Assist the Tool & Equipment Manager with errands and operational needs
• Support technicians with tasks when needed
• Maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles for errands and material pickup
• Follow all company safety procedures and shop protocols
