Our Construction Equipment Group is seeking a full-time Shop Helper for our Concord, NH branch. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Daily cleaning of the shop Removal of trash in and around the shop Maintain yard organization and cleanliness Support the techs in the shop when extra help is needed Work between service / parts when techs need parts for jobs Complete all required paperwork and time records accurately and completely Account for all machines, materials, tools and attachments used as required Inspect and account for machines being shipped and received Drive and work safely in accordance with company and/or customer safety policies and procedures Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationship with customers and co-workers Maintain equipment, storage devices, service manuals and related documents Attend meetings, training classes and other company activities as required Maintain uniforms in order to look neat and professional at all times Report all accidents, injuries, safety violations and unsafe working conditions immediately Keep an adequate set of personal tools as required by supervisor at all times Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management Follow all company policies and procedures, such as, OSHA, DOT Hazmat, warranty, safety, and environmental Work with all departments and employees to ensure quality of customer service Incorporating Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities Performs other duties as assigned Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
