About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shop Helper to support daily fabrication operations in a busy Tulsa facility. The Shop Helper will assist with material handling, rigging, crane operation, and general shop support to keep production running efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in a shop or fabrication environment preferred
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment to move steel plates, beams, and fabricated parts
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials
• Perform forklift operations and general material-handling duties
• Support machine operators with part loading, unloading, and basic shop tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
