About The Position

The Shop Helper at Caliber Collision is responsible for supporting customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop environment. This entry-level position involves various tasks that enhance the overall customer experience, including housekeeping duties, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and running errands for the shop.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team and customers.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the front office and production area.
• Drive company vehicles to run errands or pick up parts.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
• Assist in Make Ready when necessary.
• Ensure all cars are protected for inclement weather.
• Secure all vehicles and ensure vehicle keys are separate and secure.
• Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
• Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
