We’re currently looking for a full-time Shop Foreman to lead daily shop operations, support our skilled technicians, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 7–10 years of mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, utilization, and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory, scheduling, or leadership experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assigning and coordinating daily repair and maintenance work
  • Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy; providing hands-on support as needed
  • Monitoring parts usage and maintaining inventory levels
  • Inspecting equipment for damage and completing documentation before equipment leaves the shop
  • Training, mentoring, and developing technicians in skills and safety practices
  • Assisting or filling in for the Service Manager when required
