Requirements

• Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians
• Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed
