The Mission: Lead & Build This role is for the Diesel Mechanic Leader who wants to transition from turning wrenches to building people. Mentor Apprentices: You will be the architect of our future talent, coaching apprentices and seeing them level up under your guidance. Quality Control: Conduct road tests and spot checks to ensure "ATG Quality" is delivered every time, eliminating comebacks. Technical Expert: Utilize our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to provide the technical expertise and complex troubleshooting required to finalize our most challenging repairs.
