About The Position

We’re looking for an Experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Technicians and Apprentices. If you're a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of automotive service operations and a talent for coaching others, we want to hear from you. Pay $120,000 to $150,000 (Salary + Commission)

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Shop Foreman in an automotive dealership or independent shop is required.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and lead a team—formally or informally.
• Able to clearly communicate with Technicians, Advisors, and Customers alike.
• Solid understanding of warranty procedures, repair order documentation, and compliance standards.
• Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools to access and manage vehicle information.
• Able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and move throughout the dealership as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for all Technicians and Apprentices, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely, accurate, and fixed right the first-time repairs.
• Road-test vehicles with Customers when needed to accurately identify concerns and build trust.
• Maintain a steady, efficient flow of work through the shop while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
• Take ownership of all service comebacks, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the communication bridge between Service Advisors and Technicians to streamline operations.
