About The Position

Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of Lancaster location. The position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include: billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work 2nd shift as required.
• Some experience as a mechanic.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Experience with CDK (ADP) business systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
