The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges. You know how chaotic shop floors can get even on a normal day. Now imagine adding an ERP go‑live on top of it. That’s why this role exists—keeping transactions clean, accurate, and moving while everyone adjusts to a new system. You’ll play a key part in helping the teams shift from “how we’ve always done it” to “how we’ll be doing it going forward,” without slowing production down. The RoleYou’ll be the go‑to person on the shop floor for everything transactional during UAT, Go‑Live, and Hypercare. From supporting job movements to making sure inventory records match reality, you’ll keep the wheels turning while the business transitions into the new ERP. You’ll also train and coach the Shop Floor Coordinator so they’re set up for long‑term success.
