Requirements

  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic equipment parts and/or manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Secret clearance required prior to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including data analysis, reporting, and workflow tracking.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, VE-CAMs, or Automation Framework.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Secret clearance or above.

Responsibilities

  • Drive, track, and manage Work in Progress (WIP) from delivery to completion.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly production goals and ensure plan execution.
  • Keep leadership informed of priorities and provide status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (MRP, ME, QE, TE, Management) and external teams (Program, Engineering) to resolve hardware issues.
  • Perform look-ahead analysis to prevent potential roadblocks.
  • Participate in the Operations Excellence Team (OET) and contribute to process improvements.
  • Take ownership of Idle Jobs metrics and actively handle hardware on the floor.
