About The Position

Key Responsibilities Parts Department Duties Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory levels using the company’s tracking system. Issue parts to technicians and service personnel as needed. Process purchase orders, returns, and vendor deliveries. Identify, source, and order replacement parts and components. Keep the parts area organized, labeled, and clean. Track and update repair orders, ensuring correct parts are assigned, work orders are updated, and jobs are properly documented. Communicate with mechanics, service leads, and management about repair order progress and parts availability. Warehouse & Logistics Support Assist with shipping, receiving, and general inventory management. Stage parts and materials for upcoming service jobs and equipment repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Perform periodic cycle counts and assist with annual inventory. Support other departments with light warehouse or material-handling tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience in a parts, warehouse, or service coordination role preferred.
  • Familiarity with repair order tracking systems or maintenance software a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical duties.
  • Team-oriented and dependable with a focus on safety and efficiency.
