You’ll operate a variety of tools and equipment—including grinders, cutting torches, and material‑handling machinery—while maintaining accurate production and quality records. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll ensure all work meets safety, quality, and specification standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read detailed drawings, and the physical capability to perform consistent hands‑on tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of welding, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or related hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of assembly, welding, welding symbols, safety practices, and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and product specifications
  • Experience operating machinery, hand grinders, cutting torches, burning equipment, and material‑handling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • You have strong attention to detail and can accurately follow drawings, specifications, and measurements.
  • You are physically capable of performing consistent standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and other hands‑on tasks throughout the workday.
  • You have good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity that support precise welding and fabrication work.
  • You can perform basic math calculations with accuracy and ease.
  • You bring a positive, collaborative attitude that contributes to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety rules, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Weld metal parts to fabricate or repair machinery according to layouts, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as hand grinders, burning equipment, cutting torches, and material handling machinery.
  • Maintain and complete all required production and quality records accurately and on time.
  • Inspect welding work to ensure it meets specifications and product requirements.
