About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in a welding or manufacturing environment is required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in welding and manufacturing.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MIG and TIG on aluminum and steel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders by preparing materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal parts.
• Operate machinery and tools to assist with fabrication and manufacturing tasks.
• Handle raw materials, measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Assist in assembling and fabricating metal components and products.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring it is a safe workspace.
