Requirements

Multi-site location support experience is required
Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, effective verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, coaching skills, conflict resolution
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Proven acuity in Microsoft Office and internet
Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Provide cultural stewardship
Purchase vehicle parts
Schedule regular maintenance on all vehicles
Order urgent or emergency repairs as needed
Keep track of repair cost
Create employee schedules, including drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals
Manage vehicle licensure and registration
Ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training
Manage vehicle deliveries
Work with sites on maintenance intervals
Update fleet trackers
Coordinate contractors for building repairs
