Shop Admin The fundamental responsibility of the shop admin is assisting the shop manager in reviewing and writing work orders daily, ordering parts per work orders from technicians, running reports to review efficiency and effectiveness of our shop and overall organization of data and records for the shop. Please only apply if you have experience in the trucking/automotive industry, and have strong computer skills. Essential Functions of the Position monitoring & managing budgets on major repair jobs forecasting, ordering, spare parts inventory Entry of work orders daily coordinating the completion of repairs with the direction of shop manager looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity drafting maintenance reports
