About The Position

ABCI is looking for a reliable Shop Admin / Parts Runner to help keep our shop organized and running efficiently. This role is a mix of light office work and hands-on support , including ordering and picking up parts, tracking inventory, and helping coordinate daily shop needs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record ( required )
  • Strong computer skills (email, data entry, parts lookup, basic systems)
  • Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills when dealing with vendors and team members
  • Dependable and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical or parts experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Order, pick up, and deliver parts, tools, and supplies
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to source parts quickly and accurately
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating shop needs
  • Keep records organized (invoices, receipts, parts logs, etc.)
  • Help maintain a clean, organized shop
  • Support mechanics and management with day-to-day tasks
