About The Position
ABCI is looking for a reliable Shop Admin / Parts Runner to help keep our shop organized and running efficiently. This role is a mix of light office work and hands-on support , including ordering and picking up parts, tracking inventory, and helping coordinate daily shop needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record ( required )
- Strong computer skills (email, data entry, parts lookup, basic systems)
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks
- Good communication skills when dealing with vendors and team members
- Dependable and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical or parts experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Order, pick up, and deliver parts, tools, and supplies
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source parts quickly and accurately
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating shop needs
- Keep records organized (invoices, receipts, parts logs, etc.)
- Help maintain a clean, organized shop
- Support mechanics and management with day-to-day tasks
