Responsibilities

• Greet and call customers on the phone.
• Enter payments into the computer.
• Focus on sales work and fitting customers with orthopedic shoes.
• Work directly with patients to evaluate their needs and formulate a treatment plan.
• Provide follow-up care to assure the overall welfare of the patient.
• Provide insight and feedback on the overall fitting of the shoes.
• Support fitting samples and production pairs as volume dictates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
