About The Position

A Shoeshine Associate is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of clients' footwear, typically leather shoes. Duties include applying polish or cream, buffing shoes to a high shine, removing scuffs and stains, and offering basic shoe care advice. Shoe Associate may work in high-traffic areas such as the casino floor or in restroom areas and must provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of leather care/basic shoe care preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends required

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and buff leather footwear, removing scuffs and stains to achieve a professional shine
• Provide courteous, high-quality customer service while working in high-traffic areas such as the casino floor or restrooms
• Maintain shoe care equipment and offer basic footwear maintenance advice to guests
