About The Position
The position involves accepting and inspecting returned goods for Red Wing, WORX, Irish Setter, and Heritage. The employee will be responsible for inspecting defective products, determining the amount of credit to issue, and completing the Non-Conforming Material process. Additional duties include inspecting new shoe returns, touch-up and clean-up of shoes, unloading UPS and mail, and recycling cardboard. The role also requires maintaining quality service by following organizational quality system standards and upholding the core values of Red Wing Shoe Company.
