Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator
About The Position
The Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily receiving, shipping, and organization of materials and finished products, as well as assets staging for Xtreme!’s rigorous event schedule. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving by ensuring orders are accurate, inventory is maintained, and shipments go out on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while coordinating with internal teams and shipping partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly, work independently, self motivated, and a commitment to representing Xtreme! Requirements

- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, WorldShip, or similar)
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Forklift experience or certification
- Ability to haul a trailer
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs)`
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- One to three years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and ship daily orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or local delivery
- Schedule carrier pickups and prepare shipping paperwork including packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products
- Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
- Maintain inventory, and warehouse areas
- Load and unload deliveries and shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Track shipping details, freight costs, and related paperwork
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Event Team
