About The Position

The Shipping Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outgoing shipments within a warehouse environment. This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products for shipment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time. The associate will collaborate closely with inventory and logistics teams to maintain accurate records and support seamless warehouse operations. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent damage and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. Ultimately, this role contributes to customer satisfaction by facilitating timely and accurate delivery of products across the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process shipping documentation.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify shipping orders and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
  • Package products securely and label shipments accurately to ensure proper delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and documentation for inventory control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform routine inspections of packaging materials and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
