Requirements

Ability to complete implied tasks to perform necessary job functions
Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift
Attention to detail
Well Organized
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Determine the optimal package size tailored to each customer order, ensuring the most effective shipping method
Verify the count of all parts prior to preparing them for shipment and inspect all parts, ensuring they meet company quality standards
Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments
Support in maintaining a clean and well-organized shipping department
Receive inbound shipments and direct to appropriate departments
Assist with inventory control
