The Shipping Supervisor verifies and keeps record of outgoing shipment by performing the following duties and responsibilities: Ensure execution of facility and equipment inspections Perform food safety inspections of all types Perform cycle count inventory as needed to maintain high percentage of inventory accuracy Perform daily business plan crew meetings Attend daily meetings with Procurement, Harvest, and Transportation Review employee work to ensure proper execution in a "Timely Manner" Review minute to minute operations and optimize work tasks for general efficiency Review crew conduct for further training or disciplinary actions Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to work outdoors through all seasons and weather types including wind and rain, indoors under refrigerated conditions to 32F, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions Posses ability to seat and unseat self to office chairs repeatedly throughout work shift Ability to walk on uneven surfaces throughout facility complex as required Ability to climb several stairs to access office or dock apron areas Ability to work day, swing, or night shifts within a 7-day work week schedule. Full time positions are expected to travel throughout the year with the company's operations in California and Arizona.
