Role Overview
The Shipping/Routing Clerk is a key player playing a vital part in keeping track of the warehouse orders, making sure they are organized and fulfilled on time. Ability to respond quickly to prioritized requests on a demand basis.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills.
• Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.
• The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills.
• Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, depending on the daily work volume.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Manhattan Active preferred. and the ability to understand TMS
• Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes customers' goals based on special needs/specifications, ensuring proper staging of the orders to facilitate expedition.
• Have knockout verbal and written skills to communicate with customer service and customers’ traffic departments daily.
• Slam dunk communication with customer service as well as retail services.
• Various other tasks assigned include, but are not limited to, the preparation of documents, running Excel reports, and analyzing spreadsheets.
• Computer skills to access the logistics websites of customers to schedule the release and routing shipments to customers.
• Accurately sum up and record data.
• Other responsibilities as required.
