Requirements

Familiarity with logistics software
Strong email and communication skills

Experience in logistics or customs is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Work closely with drivers to coordinate and communicate shipment details, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process
Assist drivers with any on road issues, providing support and solutions to keep operations running smoothly
Utilize the On Fleet app to assist drivers, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on using platform effectively
Close out loads in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping
Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation of loads, maintaining a proactive approach to problem solving
Keep meticulous records of shipment documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date
monitor and keep track of driver locations, providing real time update to relevant stakeholders
Communicate effectively with the warehouse to coordinate loading and unloading activities
Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch teams
