About The Position

1st Shift Shipping & Receiving TempToFT 1 st Shift Shipping & Receiving Rate: $20/hr Hours: 7am-3pm M-F Cincinnati, OH C-D Responsibilities: - Correctly pull orders from stock to ship daily and consistently meet goals for pounds picked. - Receive raw material and correctly stock said material and finished goods. - Setup production lines with raw materials in a timely manner to facilitate customer orders. - Make certain outgoing or incoming shipments have correct products and counts, and that any special customer instructions are followed. - Take items received from incoming trucks or FedEx and put in correct area, quarantine area, proper rack location or person designated to receive. - Facilitate movement of materials within the warehouse by moving finished goods and raw materials to correct stock holes as locations become available. - Perform duties following FIFO standards to maintain inventory. - As incoming materials are released, move material to proper location so that the quarantine area is cleared in a timely manner. - Apply knowledge of raw material, rework/repair, in-process and finished product location systems to ensure correct and efficient use of those systems. - Ensure safe operation of stand-up forklifts, follow safe stacking, un-stacking and wrapping procedures, follow safe work practices in completion of tasks. - Maintain 5S standards for safety and good housekeeping daily, complete these tasks prior to handing off to the oncoming shift. - Lifting/moving objects (to the waist): up to 60lbs 20-50% of the time, stand/walk up to 90% of the time; sit 10% of the time. - Perform other projects and duties as assigned. Requirements
