About The Position

Stephenson Equipment, Inc (SEI), an industry leader in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York and Virginia, providing sales, rentals, parts and service for construction equipment, cranes, paving, road building and road maintenance equipment, has an immediate need for Shipping and Receiving in our Butler, PA location. Duties include, but are not limited to: Receives parts orders from vendors. Picking orders , packing and shipping them. Deliver parts to customers. Perform physical counts for inventory control with parts management. Stock order receiving. Use yard machine to unload palletized material, plows, hitches, etc. Effectively communicate and actively participate within a goal-orientated team environment. Actively participate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Work performed in a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Temperatures vary from season to season. Job requires extended periods of standing and walking. Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis.
