About The Position

The receiver will increase operational efficiency and company profitability by accurately and timely processing the incoming shipments. The receiver will take on the responsibility to clearly identify and/or label all incoming products.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately pull, package and label outbound freight.
• Take on the responsibility so that all incoming products are clearly identified and/or labeled.
• Check incoming freight for damage and process according to company policy.
• Enter tag-and-hold locations on system in a timely manner.
• Move incoming shipments to put-away zones in an efficient manner.
• Notify purchasing team members of all receiving discrepancies.
• Keep tag-and-hold area clear and accessible.
• Keep receiving area clean and neat.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Assist in scheduled physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Others duties as assigned.
