Responsibilities: - Perform shipping transactions and physically ship outgoing products. Understand customer and company requirements of functions, execution of and checks and balances, - Perform receiving transactions and physically receive incoming material. - Perform inventory transactions and record inventory movement and consumption. - Move raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to and from appropriate locations as required. - Maintain fork truck license/certification. - Possess good time management and communication skills. - Possess understanding of basic computer skills. - Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates or directed. - Must follow all safety programs and guidelines. - Must understand the importance of 5S+1 and other related policies. Executing daily checks and functions to maintain. - Maintain a safe, quality focused and organized work environment. - Support continuous improvement activities within the materials processes. - Implement manufacturing methods and techniques, such as Lean, Kanban, 5S, Poke-Yoke, and support the waste reduction efforts in the materials area. Requirements: - High school diploma or GED, or the equivalent with 1-3 years working in manufacturing environment - Ability to operate a forklift - Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to understand and relay production and planning information clearly - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office-Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn company systems quickly - Customer-focused approach with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and work well with cross-functional teams - Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail; able to identify issues and support root cause analysis - Collaborative and dependable team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement - Ability to adjust focus and meet specific vision abilities required for scanning, labeling, and inventory inspection - Experience with radio frequency (RF) systems or barcode scanners - Knowledge of tracking systems to track shipment status and manage routing - Proven ability to organize inventory, prioritize tasks - Adhere to proper PPE and safety requirements at ALL times - Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally - Repetitive motions may be required occasionally - Ability to read and interpret printed and digital materials, distinguish objects and details at close range, assess product quality and equipment indicators, and maintain situational awareness for safety and operational needs If you possess the skills we are looking for and ready to make a positive impact, apply NOW!
