Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of forklift experience (certification preferred; Flexcraft training available).
  • Ability to use barcode scanners and warehouse equipment.
  • Strong reading, writing, and email communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English (e.g., operating procedures, safety guidelines, shipping docs).
  • Soft skills: attention to detail, highly organized, strong task management, initiative, team collaboration, flexibility, reliability, customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy/quality; report discrepancies.
  • Safely unload and stage in designated areas.
  • Verify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming resins.
  • Apply FIFO standards to all materials.
  • Ensure real‑time inventory updates via proper scanning and supervisor review of paperwork.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments: packaging, labeling, documentation.
  • Verify addresses on the Bill of Lading; cross‑check counts and pallets.
  • Confirm scans for real‑time inventory; never alter quantities on paperwork by pen.
  • Ensure accurate, timely shipments with all required documentation scanned and filed.
  • Assist with inventory organization and space optimization.
  • Print/place barcodes and placards correctly at proper locations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse per GMP and Flexcraft standards.
  • Safely operate forklifts/pallet jacks; complete daily forklift inspections.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to consolidate, organize, and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth material flow.
  • Build relationships with internal/external partners.
  • Train new team members on protocols; jump in on urgent tasks and projects as needed.
