About The Position

General Function To support Bakery operations by maintaining the loading dock and freezers in a sanitary and temperature appropriate condition. Fill daily frozen orders, put away products in freezers and storage areas wrap skids. Responsibilities: Load & unload trucks Conduct Trailer inspections Complete required paperwork Complete assigned Sanitation tasks Responsibility to ensure safe quality food. Verify contents of shipment against original order and invoice

Requirements

• Willingness to comply with GMP's and Food safety requirements.
• Ability to follow written and or verbal instructions to Specifications.
• Ability to accurately fill out required Shipping & Receiving paperwork.
• Ability to move and lift objects up to 75 lbs.
• Able to wear required Uniforms & PPE
• Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions.
• Able to work in temperature extremes and stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to operate Powered lift trucks.
• Maintain a steady work pace.
• Maintain a clean safe environment
• Maintain a steady work pace.
• Maintain safe equipment.
• Observe facility policies and procedures.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Maintain charge on Forklift.
• Operate a forklift
• Forklift Licensed
• Deburring Experience
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
