Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Basic math skills are essential.
Must work well in a team-oriented setting.
Must understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Must be capable of maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Accurately counts, weighs, and measures incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensures timely delivery of materials to the required locations.
Records material movements and weights in the designated tracking system.
Identifies and documents discrepancies, including shortages and excesses, and promptly reports issues to management.
Safely operates material handling equipment while adhering to PPE guidelines.
Provides assistance to customers or donors at the store donation center as needed.
Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
