About The Position
We are a specialty products manufacturer known for our high-quality service, industry leading performance, and unique capabilities. Our team has grown tremendously over the last decade and is poised for substantial growth over the next 3-5 years. We focus on cheese and cheese-based products, which can be found in all 50 states and in most major retailers. As the Warehouse Manager, your primary objective is to lead the team, ensuring their motivation, ongoing training, and well-being. You will oversee daily team meetings, manage team schedules (including early mornings and late evenings), and verify critical metrics. Your secondary objective is to maintain the health of all warehousing areas, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory management, and space optimization. Additionally, you'll work on improving data collection and communication processes within the warehouse areas.
