Ensure the highest level of productivity in a cost-efficient manner. Supervise, coach and train employees, providing professional development through ongoing feedback of strengths and needed improvement. Promote safety throughout assigned work area. Develop and maintain employee relationships while promoting company values (i.e., good attendance, strong work ethic, etc.). Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs. Plan and implement process improvements. All other relevant duties as assigned.
