About The Position
The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor coordinates movement of inbound and outbound materials, and all truck drivers and shipping personnel for the facility. This position monitors and reports on-time delivery and shipping performance, maintaining an effective traffic program.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and/or 2+ year experience in a Production environment, preferably in Shipping and Receiving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Word
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication with leadership ability
