Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerk (Semiconductor Manufacturing) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerk to join our team! The Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials used in semiconductor production. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to inventory control processes, and compliance with ESD standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Must have basic math skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Syspro is a plus)
• Knowledge of ESD handling and practices preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with shipment terms and requirements (ASN, AWB, DDP)
• Familiarity with lot traceability and controlled inventory environments

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Handle sensitive electronic components using ESD-safe procedures
• Time critical shipments and sales orders to customers
• Data management functions including entering, recording, and verification
• Stock and organize materials with proper labeling and lot traceability
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP or warehouse management systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams
• Follow all safety, and material handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant stockroom environment
