About the Job: Utilizes a few web-based platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, as well as Verkda and other programs to ensure outside carrier semi drivers are admitted into the trucking yard at their appropriate time. Populates accurate data into multiple operating systems to ensure accurate record of the customer's material. Communicates with non-Ruan drivers upon their arrival via web-based systems. Communicate with Ruan Fleet and Warehouse team members to find solutions for schedule variance in person and using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Monday through Friday from 2 - 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of inventory management experience
• Familiarity with and ability to utilize a warehouse management system
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
